About the company

Work for a global leader in the manufacturing industry with over 100 sites across Australia, where you can apply your industry knowledge and guide a team in providing a seamless and exceptional customer service experience. Due to internal promotion, there is now a rare opportunity for a Customer Service Senior to step up and supervise a high performing team locally at their Smithfield site in a leadership capacity, with further room to grow.

About the role

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided via regular QA’s, monitoring of Customer Satisfaction Scores and continuous coaching of staff members.
  • Coach and motivate upto a team of 10 on a daily basis.
  • Personally manage key customer relationships.
  • Assist your team in achieving key service targets.
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service experience (exposure to a manufacturing industry would be beneficial).
  • High accountability along with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Passion and desire to help your team members succeed.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members to excel in their roles.
