Overview

Work for a prestigious wealth management firm based in the heart of the CBD on a 6 month contract with the opportunity to be ongoing/ go permanent. This role will see you working as part of a close knit high performing team supporting the wider business managing client records and internal documents. This role will suit a graduate or junior financial services professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Daily sorting and distribution of all incoming and internal mail
  • Management of client files
  • Monitor and respond to client service inboxes
  • Perform company searches and mange non delivery email requests
  • Manage account closure process
  • Assist with enquiries

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working within a professional financial service environment or recent graduate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
