Leading education organisation is looking for a Technical Support Analyst, for an immediately start to join their Sydney team on a 2 year fixed term basis.

The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for working through requests and providing level 1 and 2 desktop and server support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal and external customers by providing a professional service and solutions to resolve technical questions
  • Manage and resolve issues via ticketing system
  • Computer and system maintenance and upgrades
  • Provide support in relation to the following software and hardware;
  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365 and SCCM
  • Microsoft Office Support
  • Mac and PC support
  • Mobile support (Android and IOS)
  • Cisco WebEx meetings support
  • Provide AV support to staff

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role, providing level 1 and 2 support
  • working knowledge of Windows, networks (LAN/WANS) client server applications and telephony protocols
  • Supported Mac and PC’s, aswell as Android and IOS
  • Ability to identify system hardware/software problems
  • Knowledge of networking and Cisco technologies
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Have a relevant degree
