This is a fantastic opportunity for a third party agreements manager to join a reputable and culturally diverse client side organisation for a billion dollar rail program based out of Parramatta.

As a Third Party agreements manager you will be responsible for managing multiple work stream relationships that apply to potential third party agreements between different private sector and government agencies. Through managing these interfaces you will be able to ensure that appropriate third party agreements are negotiated with these stakeholders for the necessary period of time. You will also be responsible for providing advice to senior executives in regards to working relationships and to also suggest ways to minimise any foreseeable problematic community disruptions.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 12 years experience in project management for either property and/or infrastructure and a track record of managing and negotiating favourable outcomes for infrastructure programs that are greater than $500m - preferably on either a major rail or road program.

Based in Parramatta - this initial 6 month contract will be paying in the vicinity of $1250 per day + super for the right person and requires a start in early January 2019.
