Randstad partners work with a range of Warehousing, Transport & Logistics organisations and we are looking for strong candidates who would be looking to work on short term or long term assignments and who are available immediately for work.

You will be expected to have excellent time management skills, strong relationship skills and the ability to prioritise your work loads according to the fast paced environments

Your responsibilities will include

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of freight
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Manage and supervise fleet operations
  • Maintain constant communication with staff on operational & OH&S requirements
  • Manage and communicate procedures and policies to staff

Experience required

  • Previous experience as a Fleet Allocator, Scheduler, Loader Planner or Transport Administrator
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Understanding of compliance and fatigue management of drivers
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Planning, scheduling and coordination skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
