This position is for a part time 9am-3pm (potentially to go full time eventually) Warehouse Administrator/Customer Service Rep who will assist the Customer Service Manager with all customer orders and enquiries. You will be working closely with Emily, who is an absolute superstar in her role, but needs some additional assistance as the company continues to grow. This is a fantastic position for you if you are looking for flexible work, and want to be part of a company that is going from strength to strength. There is also room to progress in your career if this is something you would like in the future.

In this role will be:

  • Printing job orders
  • Taking calls from Customers
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Sending confirmation emails to customers when their orders have been completed

Ideally you will have:

  • Administration and Customer Service experience
  • Wholesale or Apparel experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Warehouse admin experience would be highly adventurous

You will be given the opportunity to work with a small and really personable team whilst close to home. You will be rewarded with flexibility around your working hours and the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff in the coming months.
