job description

This position is responsible for ensuring that all warranty claims and payments are processed and returned on behalf of the Dealership, within ethical guidelines and professionalism as laid down in the Motor Dealers Act. Management of all internet based customer bookings and ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner.

Assist Service Advisors in assessing warranty

• Compile and complete warranty claims following
guidelines set by Manufacturer


• Keep valid, current and legible records of all
claims submitted.


• Maintain warranty storage of return parts and
return all parts requested tagged within the
Manufacturers time frame.


• Maintain clear direction on factory policy
decisions.


• Maintain adherence to the Motor Dealers Act.


• Maximise warranty rebate costs to each RO
claim, staying within the Manufacturer’s
guidelines.


• When required assist Service reception.


• Manage lead it enquiries


• Manage AHG internet bookings
