Be responsible for workforce planning across short, medium and long term forecasting, scheduling and reporting within a fast paced environment.

Your new company

Your wider team, Client Operations, ensures the delivery of seamless service to customers across wealth management. Engage with a team of individuals, driven by desire to better the financial wellbeing and experience of their customers and clients through effective operational positioning and resource allocation.

Your new role

  • Create and maintain forecast models for 15 back office administrative teams
  • Continuous analysis and reporting of trends and anomalies to stakeholders
  • Analysis of impacts and results to explain and identify trends and action points
  • Present detailed strategy to Management surrounding resource management, training requirement recommendations, recruitment, secondments, overtime management and leave management
  • Review performance of forecasting and planning models for process improvement

Your skillset and experience

  • Minimum two year’s experience as a workforce planner within the back office functions of banking and financial services.
  • Additional Workforce planning experience in a contact centre is favourable
  • Strong understanding of Back Office Administration operations (particularly in Superannuation)
  • Knowledge across Verint and Aspect technology is highly desirable
  • Decision making skills, problem solving and analytical skills and ability to take on a fast paced workplace
