The role of the HR Professional in this organisation is focussed on high level business partnering initiatives.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, this senior role will see you advise on all elements of the Workplace Relations agenda. You will support a high performance culture through consultation with business managers and HR colleagues. This role will see you:

  • Manage the planning, negotiation and approval of upcoming Enterprise Agreement Negotiations
  • Secure positive outcomes from developing initiatives that address capability, governance framework, system design and ongoing cultural development.
  • Prepare documentation pertinent to the new project including internal reporting and communications, financial costings, announcements and submissions to Fair Work Australia.
  • Ensure the successful negotiation of the agreement in line with project objectives and outcomes
  • Work closely with senior leadership and strategic HR leadership to proactively plan and pre-empt outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and communications to the broader HR team and relevant management

To be considered for this role you will need substantial experience in a large corporate environment. You will provide clarity of advice and direction to the business during a time of change and development. You will be a key contact to management and employees alike. You will need to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.

Your tertiary qualifications in HR / IR or Employment law will provide you with the skills to ensure a successful outcome to this crucial project. Your energy and high level of self confidence will enable your communication and effectiveness across all levels of the organisation.
