For an important pharmaceutical company located in Lessines, we are looking for a quality complaint associate. Your main duties and responsabilities will be: - Update complaint information through complaint database; - Work with plant and technical services to coordinate complaint investigations if applicable; - Assure consistency of complaint records; - Maintain compliance to regulations and procedures; - Coordinate and execute to the applicable FCA activities as needed following the required procedures and processes.

- Bachelor or Master degree or experience through administration - Very good knowledge in MS Office - Fluent in English/French, both spoken,written and read. - Able to work in an environment that is highly regulated by procedures and quality systems. - Good team-player but able to organize its own work with autonomy. -Good interpersonal/communication We offer you a temporary contract (interim) of 3 months with possibility of extension in one of the largest and leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector.
