The Artwork Planning Specialist is responsible for assembling, recording and managing data and information associated with the creation, approval and implementation of artwork for contract manufactured products. He/she manages operational communication between the team, the markets, the contract manufacturers, and the outsourced artwork center for all issues related to artwork changes and new artwork development. The main accountabilities are: -Optimize and implement processes for requesting, gathering, and documentation of data and information for implementation of new or revised artwork; -A key point of contact for artwork changes requested by contract manufacturers; -Monitor and regularly review approval lead times to identify issues with delayed approval. Initiate and monitor corrective actions to solve occasional and systematic issues with delayed artwork approval; -Keep an overview of on-going labeling change projects from the initial request through implementation; -Set priorities for artwork development/change execution if necessary, in close cooperation with the Artwork team leader; -Act as the project leader for specific (global) projects relating to artwork and/or artwork changes, or printed material changes in Europe. -Assist in the implementation of new supply chains involving External Supply (site divestments with trailing supply agreement, product transfers, new products) -Key contact for the Outsourced Arwork Center for all communication and interaction relating to operational management of the artwork change or creation activities; keep track of their performance in terms of timely supply of new/revised artwork as required by the service agreement.

qualification

As a candidate you have: - a bachelor degree in commercial or technical area (Economics, Trade or Management); - minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing Planning / Supply Chain / Logistics/ Regulatory; You are: - fluent in English, knowledge of an other European languages is considered as valuable asset. - diplomatic and have a professional appearance - customer minded. - You take initiatives, know how to handle with new issues, meet deadlines, work independent in absence of supervisor.
