Manages Sales Agreements in CRM Leads CRM Data Maintenance and clean-up and improvement for the region in close collaboration with local sales, including market and customer segmentation, marketing attributes and others. May contribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data. Administrative support to our sales forces and Marketing Organization (notifications, campaigns, special offerings,¿) Responsible for Reservation Management and follow-up in close collaboration with sales. Check existing, expired and delinquent reserves. Deliver weekly reporting to sales to manage process and costs. Assists sales organization and SST in providing technical and administrative product information, distributes literature and product sheets to customers and distributors. Arranges product demonstrations and enters sample orders in our CRM system. Maintains prices in SAP for country price lists, specific customized price lists, freight, dry ice and maintain customized platforms on line with updated catalogs. Responsible for CRM lead entry for the French territory within the predefined timeframe.

qualification

You have strong organizational skills and are multi-tasking, details oriented and stress resistant. You know how to manage your time, you are flexible and know where to set priorities and have a sense of urgency. You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who clearly communicates in a professional manner. You are highly customer focused with a positive mindset and a Can-Do attitude. You can work independently but as well within a team to achieve common goals. Native French speaker with business English in writing and verbal communication is a must, any additional language is an asset (preferably German and/or Dutch). You have solid Computer Skills: MS Office (able to work in and with spreadsheets), knowledge of SAP ERP SAP CRM is an asset. You have a Bachelor Degree in preferably Business Administration, Sales or Marketing. At least 2 years in a similar function or customer contact environment are required.
