Your role ... - handle complex complaints related to Sepa payments and Card transactions - handle Bank Mobility requests - first point of contact for internal and external clients for questions related to Card transactions - provide support to 1° line Client Services Payments for support questions related to Sepa payments products and services - implement direct debit payment products - pro-actively take actions to ensure that service level agreements are met - provide support in analysing and aftercare of incidents related to Sepa payments and Cards - ensure continuity by being able to switch between the different tasks. - provide recommendations in order to improve quality, E2E processes, and client satisfaction - ensure compliance with the rules and procedures that are prescribed by Risk, Compliance, ¿

Are you also someone who is ... - customer oriented with good communication skills ( spoken and written ) - motivated, eager to learn and easily takes initiative - analytical with good sense for details - a problem solver that continuously looks for solutions - a real team player - stress resistant and flexible in terms of working time ( 08:30 ¿ 17:30 ) And you have as well ... - a graduate degree or equivalent experience; - knowledge of payment products and services, preferably in the Sepa or Cards domain; - good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); - thorough knowledge of Dutch, French and English (speaking & writing )
