What will you be doing? As a Availability Leader / Conversion Analyst you will be responsible for the Daily Order Cycle in the FBNL Market & for the Availability towards our Customers on a specific Category. Orders entering typically happens in the Morning till 11:00 AM. The Availability of the Products in these Orders is reviewed by the Planning Service Center in Warsaw. The Planners indicate whether Orders still need to be modified YES or NO. These Modifications are Part of the AV-Tasks. AV (Availability Leader) is a Pilot Center coordinating the Daily Cycle. When all Modifications to the Orders are performed, the Deliveries are being created in SAP. The Deliveries are the Input for the further Supply Chain. (i.e. DC & T-Ops Planners). In case of Issues, AV Steps up to coordinate what can be done with the different Counterparts. Every Team Member is responsible for one or more specific Category (ies) and gets in touch with the Planners to make sure Orders are only modified when successful and needed. Daily Reports need to be sent out to ensure potential Peaks in the DC/Transport are flagged & actioned in a timely Manner. The second Part of the Job, consists of Material Determination. Orders entering on EAN-Level whereas P&G works with Finished Product Codes. A correct Link needs to be established from EAN to the right FPC at the right Timing. This is also managed per Category. You will work in a remote Team located in Brussels with Colleagues working in Paris & Rotterdam.

A Candidate for this Position should: - Have some Experience in the Supply Chain Field; - Be able to communicate in English (Dutch and/or French is a Plus); - Be an experienced User of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook); - Have Knowledge of SAP; - Be Assertive; - Have strong Communication Skills;. - Be a Teamplayer.
