job description

-You collect and validate orders from the project managers of technical components, especially electronic components, necessary to build and assembly equipments -You place the orders in the ERP system -You take contact with the selected suppliers, check availabilities and find alternatives if necessary -You negotiate deadlines and prices -You inform your mandate of the terms and conditions and you make a pro-active follow-up of the deliveries

qualification

-At least a Bachelor Degree or a comparable education and a first experience in a similar position, ideally in a technical environment. -Technical know how in electronic components -Fluent in English and French -Familiar to an ERP system and mastering Office tools -Even if the position implies a lot of rigor and administration, you are at ease to initiate contacts with all kind of stakeholders. -Reactive and stress resistant, you enjoy following a project from A to Z and you demonstrate persistency.
