As a commercial and administrative assistant you are responsible for the following tasks: - Assistance to a team of 10 account managers - Translations - Contract handling - Support in marketing, billing & forecasting - Implementation of new processes - Coordination of prospection.


- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken) - You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office, including in-depth knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint - You have good organisational skills - You are sales and customer oriented and you are a good team player - You are eager to learn and not afraid to take initiative.
