The business process analyst supports the definition, implementation and continuous review of the operating model with best practice business processes and information systems within a defined functional scope of customer service and implementation of SAP. Your roles & responsibilities: - define and implement best practice business processes - lead continuous improvements - act as a change agent to bring the company to the new way of working - contribute in projects and manage (sub)projects - design and implement business processes in line with operating model - lead or participate to integration & user acceptance tests - leading & facilitating workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users

qualification

Your background: - good analytical background - project management skills - problem solver - excellent communication skills - ideal candidate has expercience in a customer service role - influencing skills: able to promote ideas towards the stakeholders - ability to facilitate and lead workshops & meetings - expertise in ERP and/or experience with Lean/Six Signam or BPM projects - knowledge of both Dutch and English is a must End date assignment: 31/12/2019
