Our client in Antwerp produces equipment for maintaining industrial and commercial floors in particular. We are looking for a candidate who speaks and writes Dutch and English in a professional manner. Knowledge of German is a big plus. As a customer service employee you respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries within your market. In your role you report to the supervisor, who ensures that team is in the right shape to provide effective customer service to our customers. Your responsibilities: - Receive, investigate and respond to all inquiries regarding service and parts - Input of orders and relative data into SAP. - Be the first point of contact for our customers regarding orders, shipments and invoicing - Contact customers to advise on shipments delay and/or seek information to process orders - Timely invoice service and parts orders, respecting the financial terms of the contract - Monitor backorders and make changes to or cancel orders/backorders - Handle customer complaints and return orders in a professional manner, log and investigate disputes
