We are looking for an Customer Support Engineer for after sales coordination and administration, mostly using SAP and SFDC. Your role will include: Update active repair cases (Internal/external repair status updates) Receiving diagnostic reports and offers Follow up of repair terms Offer second line support Contact with vendors In charge of updating and managing manuals of the different products when technical information is provided

qualification

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering Knowledge of SFDC and SAP is a plus Experience in Logistics is a plus Creativity towards process improvement Eye for detail Process Minded Full English working proficiency is required
