For an important pharmaceutical company located in Lessines, we are currently looking for a data maintenance operational support officer (h/f). You will join the Central Data Maintenance team which support data maintenance activities supporting ERP and manufacturing systems This team is focusing on ensuring data maintenance, data integrity and accuracy to allow efficiency to operations and transactions. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be: - Be accountable for the creation and update of products in JDE Global and EMEA (regional and local level) and all related sub systems/local instances - Be accountable for creation and modification of Shire specific products - Ensure data integrity between the various systems (daily check of various integrity reports) - Being accountable for the vendor set-up and maintenance activity - Take care of the customer set-up activity (contract customers) - Be the central point of contact for master data requests detailed below - Ensure these tasks are performed according to the master data procedures and rules. He/she performs the necessary analysis to make sure these tasks are compliant with data integrity - Ensure data integrity with Global data - Coordinate the activities around the collection of correct, consistent and complete data and ensures high quality data standards - Ensure that technical system issues are reported to the operational technical team and performs the related tests of necessary - Ensure mutual back up within the data maintenance team - Contribute to the team's performance against KPI's that related to data maintenance and other measurements as defined by the Operational Support Coordinator - Support training activities for newcomers or temporary workers.

qualification

- Experience in Master data activities would be an asset but not a requirement. - Experience in an ERP system - Fluent in English - Excellent command of Excel - Soft skills: analytical skills, proactivity, solution oriented (working within the team will require treating each request as a business case), team player, ability to interact with people from many departments, countries, functions.
