We are looking for a driven Social and SEA assistant to attract new clients and interact with our community. // Social // - Build and execute social media campaigns - Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) - Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility - Create and Moderate page interactions (community management) - Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation - Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information // SEA // - Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords. - Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. - Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals. - Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting. - Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. - Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet our KPIs. - Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.

qualification

- Passion for Search and social marketing. - High Interest in Fashion Retail and e-commerce market - Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems. - Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. - Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points. - High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. - Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. - 1 - 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social campaigns. - Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools - Experience working with popular ad platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Manager). - AdWords / Bing certification a plus. - BS/BA degree preferred. - Fluent in French and Dutch (German is a plus)
