We are looking for an HR professional with broad understanding of HR processes. As HR BP you will report to the HR Director Region Gent and Europe and belong to the regional HR team. You will also have close collaboration with the Global HR team within Service Market Logistics. The mission of the HR Business Partner is to advise and support management teams and individual managers on all HR related issues that drive business performance and contribute in meeting business goals. This involves translating business strategy into aligned HR plans and actions and ensuring they are delivered in the business. Your main focus will be to: Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, directives and processes within the organization you support. Secure that the organization complies with local employment laws and legislations, drive and coordinate labor relations and negotiations. Guide and support managers in decision-making and problem-solving in HR related issues such as organizational development and change activities, employee engagement work, recruitment and sourcing, career development activities and salary review. Ensure accuracy of HR reporting data including headcount and workforce planning forecasts

qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience preferably from an international organization. - In a company that values customer success, trust, passion, change and performance, you hold a strong personal credibility, integrity and creativity. - Business understanding and customer orientation with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization with a broad range of stakeholders. - Solid conflict resolution skills and understanding of interpersonal relationships which result in sound conclusions through knowledge in HR processes and policies. - Demonstrated experience in coaching and facilitation principles to help drive transformation and change in the organization. - Demonstrated experience in labor relations preferably within the operations area. - As we are a truly global and diverse company, most of your meetings and emails will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
