Within the business analysis team you will act as the link between ICT and the finance department by analysing the business needs and translating these into functional analyses. You map the processes and information flows of the Finance department, with the emphasis on Accounting. You do this in close collaboration with the different stakeholders. You analyse among other things the applications in which the balance and profit-and-loss accounts are managed, in close collaboration with your ICT colleagues, and translate these into functional specifications. You continuously advise about the potential process improvements and you guard over the quality of the used tools. You actively collaborate on projects through the timely implementation of the modifications. By professionally managing the changes, you minimise their impact in the organisation. You will operate from our offices in Waregem.


You have a Master's degree in economics, commercial sciences, IT or have relevant experience in the analysis of the corporate needs and the translation of these into a functional analysis. You have affinity for the general principles of software development. You can fluently communicate (speaking and writing) in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset. You have a strong analytical mind and you are energised by developing a vision based on a profound analysis. You are a creative and enterprising person who is not afraid to try out new ideas.
