job description

We are currently looking for a well- organized event coordinator and competent in office administration. Communication skills, enthusiasm and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. Responsabilities: - Coordination and planning of the practical organisation of the events such as conferences, debates with attention to financial and time constraints in agreement with the rest of the team. - Schedule speakers and manage related agendas/travel arrangements/appointments - Manage all event operations (preparing venue, technical requirements, invitations, follow-up etc.) - Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards - Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems - Evaluate events success and submit reports and feedback - Coordinating office admin activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance - Assist colleagues whenever necessary

qualification

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) - Well-organized with multi-tasking skills - Full english proficiency speaking and writing
