job description

- Supplier Master Data: creation of new suppliers and maintenance of existing suppliers. - Contract Management: Support Telenet with contract management process incl. new and renewal of contracts. Maintenance of different legal templates together with legal (Terms&conditions, NDA¿s, DPA¿s, different contract types,¿) Support stakeholders on GDPR regulation If needed support category leads, commodity leads and relevant stakeholders with Termination and Exit Plan. Maintain master data in Contract Management System and document management (storage). Support with Contract Compliance Management. - Operational business support Facilitate the handover to P2P, Supply Chain and business stakeholders once Enterprise Agreement is approved. Operational day-to-day support related to supplier management (classification etc.)

qualification

- Preferably a higher education in business administration or related area - Relevant experience within Procurement & Supplier contract management is an extra asset - Experience with typical Procurement Systems (e.g.: Oracle, SAP,¿) as well as MS Office suite. - General understanding of legal contract-related matters: good knowledge of standard legal terms & conditions and legislation in order to be able to identify legal, financial and potential other risks. - Fluent in English & Dutch - Flexible & problem solving attitude - Accurate and punctual approach & strong follow-up - A true team player and a nice colleague
