Role description: - You will be in charge of all the administrative tasks regarding the Property Management of office, retail or industrial buildings. - You will assist the Property Manager for preparing the technical and financial reportings for the clients. - Administrative follow-up of technical interventions: Contact with tenants and contractors, purchase orders¿ - Lease administration: Implementation of new leases in our Property Management software, organization of inventory of fixtures, management of bank guaranties¿


Skills/ Qualifications/ Attributes Preferred Education & Work Experience - Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience - 3-5 years experience in Real Estate Skills - PC proficiency to include (to include but not limited to) Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn company specific software - Ability to work with different management style, flexibility - Good organizational skills & proactivity - Good customer service abilities. - Very good knowledge NL with a good knowledge of FR + EN
