We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the current team. It is a versatile function in which you will have to deal with the many aspects of quality in the office and the labs. Responsibilities: - Assist QMS management with various Quality related tasks. - Help with managing the Quality System (applicable standards ISO 9001 and ISO13485) and our internal systems: - Perform internal audits and help prepare external audits. - Help with maintaining nonconformance & deviation reports and follow-up on actions, when necessary. - Help with maintaining and improving the company¿s training system. - Help with coordinating the company¿s document management system. - Communicate and help resolve issues in collaboration with colleagues at other facilities. - Help with communication/awareness of Quality within the company. - Help with the orientation of new employees in the company. - Treat information acquired during execution of job functions as strictly confidential. - Adhere to all company policies including those regarding security, passwords and confidentiality. - Perform other duties as specified by management and report any problems to QMS management. - Be aware of the company policy on and contribute to environmental management by adhering to the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard and internal procedures and work instructions.

qualification

- Must have at least a Bachelor¿s degree in a Science related field or equivalent job experience. - Must have at least a first job experience (preferably >2 years). - Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and/or work experience in a Quality Assurance related field is an advantage. - Excellent computer skills which would include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Capable of making administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. - Must be critical when documenting information and processing information provided by others. - Must be punctual, focused and maintain a high level of organization. - Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changes in the process. - Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects. - Must be able to treat customer, employee and company information in a confidential way. - Must be able to interact in a professional manner with employees and all levels of management. - Must be able to work in a group and independently. - Must be able to read, write and speak both English and Dutch fluently. - Must be able to be on feet a few hours at a time. - Must be able to work over 40 hours per week, if required.
