The job is multi functional and most rewarding and interesting. You will be in charge of organizing seminars and events, international conferences and travels as well as the day-to-day responsibility for the secretarial work of two partners and a team of lawyers. You will together with the accounting department monitor the billing and financial hygiene of the department. You will interact with the team in an autonomous open way. Responsibilities - Maintaining filing system for fee-earner(s), creating new files and archiving old files - Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials pleadings - Manage agendas, schedule and confirm appointments for clients and other contacts (bothinternal and external). - Complete forms in accordance with company procedures - Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented. - First contact with internal and external client - Answer telephone calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. - Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters. - Compose, type, and distribute routine correspondence


Key skills and experience - Previous experience in Office management - Perfect bilingual Dutch - French, and excellent skills in English - Ability to work autonomously : pro-active, accuracy and very precise - Use of initiative and pro-activeness are essential - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint - Good Team Player and cooperative personality. - Discrete We offer you a job opportunity that can lead to a permanent contract
