job description

This position is a part time position and will manage the administrative responsibilities and activities tied to sustainability compliance, reporting, surveys, auditing, record-keeping and regulations. The core responsibility is maintaining sustainability minimum reporting requirements and communicating to the key stakeholders timely and accurately. 50% local excise: - Maintain mass balance book for ethanol - Prepare proof of Sustainability for ethanol - Reconciliation production and stock level figures - Maintain robust mass balance system for strategic customers - Always up-to-date ethanol deliveries to manage hedging 50% Sustainability administrative activities: - Represent the company to auditing bodies - Coordinate and ensure correct system set-up for sustainability contracts across supply chain and sales - Respond to specific customer sustainability data, survey and metrics requests

qualification

- Bachelor degree - Prior work experience - Strong communicational skills - Prior data management experience - Willingness and ability to travel (estimated 20%) - Ability to take direction and manageme multiple priorities - Ability to work independently at various times - Analytical and conceptual skills - The opportunity of a temp-to-perm challenge in an international, innovative company - a competitive salary
