A T-Ops (= Transport) Customer Freight Planner Role is the Management of all Transport Lanes from our Warehouses in Amiens (France), Euskirchen (Germany), Rumst (Belgium) & Altfeld (Germany) to our Cusomers in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands. The T-Ops Customer Freight Planner will need to ensure an optimal Service Level, while limiting Cost and executing standard Planning Processes. As a T-Ops Planner, you will be executing the following Tasks: 1) Transport Planning and Organization of finished Product Orders to FBNL Customers: - Forecast Preparation and sharing of Loads with Carriers; - Anticipation of Peak Periods (Promotional Events, Bank Holidays,...); - Capacity Management; - Process Follow-Up of internal P&G Daily Cycle. 2) Ensure Performance Level of Carrier in Delivery and at Loading: - Daily Analysis of late Deliveries and initiate corrective Action Plan Management; - Proactive Communication of Risk/late Deliveries to Customer Teams; - Monthly Scorecard and Review with Carriers; 3) Optimization of Costs (Base Cost and extra Cost Management): - Respect of contracted Allocation while organizing Transport; - Management of extra Costs (Demurrages, Refusals,...); - Sport Research of additional Capacity with Cost Saving Mindset; 4) Have a Simplification MIndset and share/execute Simplification/Automation Idea. - Execution/Follow-Up of daily Transportation Planning; - Seeking Opportunities to improve; - Decision-Making (when needed) + Understanding its Impacts on KPI (= Key Performance Indicators) : * Vehicle Fill Rate; * Urgent Shipments; * Costs; * Feasibility * ... - Flagging Issues + Triggering right preventive Actions; - Responsible for a timely & clear Communication to several Parties;

What are we looking for? A Candidate for this Position should: - Operate with Excellence; - Have good Knowledge of the English Language (Dutch and/or French is a Plus); - Have Experience with Transport related Tools (Masterdata File, Calculation File,...); - Have Knowledge/Experience with SAP, TMS; - Have Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word). What do we offer? - Duration : Project for until 31/12: can be extended. Possibility for a fix contract afterwards - Work Scheme : Full-Time --> 5 Days/Week = 39 Hours/Week; - Salary : Depends on Experience (= negotiable)); - Extra Reimbursement : 75 % Refund for Public Transport Costs OR Costs if you come by Car; - Asset on CV : Working in an International Company.
