We offer a contract for the duration of 6 months, but this might be extended.You will be part of the intercompany operations team. This team is accountable for end-to-end logistics delivery and order management in order to deliver medicines from manufacturing plants to patients on time.

You provide them with information and listen to their complaints and remarks.The liason between clients/stores and Head Quarters.- In close collaboration with your colleagues from headquarters, our stores and our country managers, you ensure the resolution of the problems encountered by our customers and our stores.- You guide and advise our customers throughout their purchasing process (online, in-store, social networks) in relation to our different points of contact (by phone, email or chat).- You collect and manage complaints by delivering the best customer service: analyse complaints, provide information on the logistics monitoring of the package and respond to after-sales service requests.- You follow the anomalies and relaunch the carriers and the parcel relay points in the event of disputes.- You process activations of professional customer accounts.- You manage returns and refunds in connection with the logistics department and the finance department.
