Responsibilities
- Control and manage inventories on the IT system
- Work with MRP systems such as SAP or similar softwares
- Communicate via email and phone with clients, complete files in Excel
- Be the on-site representative for the company’s customers.
- Supply of products to customers.
- Handling and sorting of orders in the warehouse
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory, inventory management at least 2 years
- Be comfortable with computers and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication in French and English
- Comfortable communicating with customers and different departments inside and outside the company, attend client meetings
- Be dynamic, independent and resourceful
- Be able to do warehouse duties (pick, pack, opening and lifting boxes)
- Have a car ( a plus)
