•Responsible for developing strong relationship with Japan Power and Packaging customers in Japan Semiconductor•Develop sales & marketing strategies to penetrate target customers and enhance sales growth in Japan region•Full responsibility for assigned customer accounts by establishing effective relationship and close contact with relevant customers•Leads all commercial negotiations with customers and provide world class service for company's long-term growth•Responsible for performing all necessary job function to fully support projects, manage all commercial issues and address and assist on technical issues with engineering•Ensure that all commercial, engineering, technical, and quality issues are discussed and resolved with the appropriate customers and internal departments•Support development of mid- and long-term sales plans and near-term forecast, and competitors' information•Coordinate presentations and communicate professionally to customers' management•Evaluate business issues and prioritize activities to achieve company's sales goals
求められる経験
•Bachelor's degree
•At least 10 years sales experience in Semiconductor equipment industry (Power market a plus)
•Conversational Japanese language & English proficiency (written and verbal) is a MUST
•Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills
•Proficiency using MS office applications
•Able to travel 50% of the time in Japan without advance notice
•Oversea travel may be required
•Communication & Collaboration Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
