Facilitate the purchasing, receipting and payment of goods, materials and supplies for the branch using S4/HANA and corporate credit card in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures.
Provide high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved in a friendly and professional manner.Liaise, consult and negotiate across all areas of the department or division to obtain orprovide relevant and timely information.Keep administrative registers and systems up to date to ensure timely, quality records maintained in the Business Services Team and to support the Leadership team.About The Role:
- ASAP start - 30th of June 2024. Potential to extend beyond this date.
- Work from Home Flexibility provided.
- Monday - Friday
- 38 Hours a week
- Normal and flexible working hours.
- Near Brisbane CBD.
