Are you an organized individual who always stays on top of your tasks. Do you have great interpersonal skills, and perform your work in a swift and professional manner?

If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for an Account Associate to support a team in our global corporate in London office. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 12-month assignment, be paid $14.75 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for a group of managers and their team, including the following:

- Delivering high standards of quality service
- Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved or further escalated as appropriate
- Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and required output is to standards
- Operate production printers and copiers
- Track and archive digital client jobs as required for re-printing
- Checking and error correction of files

Qualifications
• 2-year customer service experience
• Ability to lift and move up to 30pounds
• Basic math skills (add, multiply, divide)

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Experience in digital print shop world will be an asset
