Are you dedicated to providing excellent service to your clients? Can you manage accounts with impeccable delivery and follow through? Have you worked within an order processing capacity? If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! Below are further details of job responsibilities:

- Process orders that are received through many channels (telephone, fax and mail)
- Processing invoices, credit notes and return authorizations
- Communicating with customers regarding product information, pricing, returns, order status and back orders
- Data entry of billing/shipping instructions
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Sales team
- Maintain customer accounts

Qualifications
- 2 yrs college diploma or 3 yrs related experience
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel
- Ability to solve problems in a timely fashion
