If you are seeking to grow in your Administration and Accounting experience then we would love to chat with you! We are currently hiring for a permanent full time opportunity in the Oakville region. The successful candidate will come from experience with processing expenses and administration in the Accounting field.

You will be reporting directly to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks within the department and putting together reports in Excel where required.
The work environment offers you the ability to grow in your career and you will be in a supportive team! You will be supporting a team of over 120 employees with Expense Administration in regards to accommodation, travel and client expenses.

Responsibility:
- Manage and approve employee expenses in the system
- Review expenses in order to ensure that people are not double entering expenses.
- Maintain office vendor information in the system- Logging and scanning documents into the folder.
- Managing the Purchase Card for the office and increasing credit limits when needed by departments.
- Assist with providing information for the financial audit request.
- Set up and present Webinars for training material on the new Concur software that is being rolled out.

Qualifications
- A working knowledge of Accounts Payable reports and functions
- Ability to work well in a team
- Desire to grow in the role and take on more responsibilities
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to understand Pivot Tables
