As the Accounts Payable Administrator of a growing business in the Energy and Transportation industry, you will be joining the organization as part of the Accounting Team. Our client is looking for a seasoned Accounts Payable Administrator who wants to take their career to the next level.

Your Duties will Include...

Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliation
Inventory Reconciliation
Verify Payroll
Preparation of month end financial statements
Preparation of monthly tax remittances i.e. HST, etc
Day-to-day Accounting duties (i.e. journal entries, balancing accounts)

Direct hire with the client - permanent position
Competitive salary - $50,000-60,000/year depending on experience
Core hours are: Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

3-5 years of Accounting experience is a must
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook)
Must be highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills
University or college education in Finance would be an asset
Must have own transportation, location not on a bus route
