We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable for our client in the Guelph location.
- Matching/verifying and entering vendor invoices
- Correspond with vendors
- Reconciling vendor statements
- processing bank deposits
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail
- General administrative support (filing, scanning)
- Answering of the phones and sometimes first point of contact
- Reception

- Working for a reputable company and could have potential to be hired on
- Day Shift (Monday - Friday between the core hours of 8am - 5pm)
- Weekly pay cheques
- Eligible to purchase benefits
- 17.00 hourly
- On Bus route in Guelph
- Free Parking on site
- Good work - life balance

- Must have previous A/P experience minimum of 2 years
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong working experience using Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good time management skills, organized and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately & efficiently under tight deadlines
