Attention Accounts Payable Representatives! We are currently seeking someone with a couple of years’ experience to join a growing team! The successful candidate will have experience with Accounts Payable functions and will have had experience processing weekly EFT payments.
This position will be for one and a half monthly vacation coverage with a potential of being extended. The company is a distribution environment with a very clean and organized office setting. The successful candidate will be working in an accounting team of 3 other individuals.

- Match packing slips, custom documents and purchase orders to invoices.
- Check for any discrepancies with invoices
- Complete Cheque runs and attach them to the batch to receive a signature.
- Maintain Accounts Payable system files for suppliers and open documents
- Process and file daily mail
- Perform computer procedures as requested
- Provide monthly Accounts Payable aging report to Director of Finance
- Back up other administration positions as required
- Work with the current Accounts Payable team to manage existing tasks

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Ability to work well with others
- Exposure to SAP would be an asset
- Proven experience with processing a high volume of invoices
- Ability to work accurately and work with numbers
- Clear written and oral communication.
