Randstad is now looking for an administrative clerk with some experience in A/P for our client in Victoria BC. This is a three month contract with the potential to go longer.

The Position

This individual is responsible for providing general administrative support within the facility. Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, reconciling all cash and driver invoices, investigating discrepancies with invoices, preparing weekly deposit summary reports and daily entry of inventory data for all locations, tracking movement and billing for 3rd party freight and cold storage, and assisting with a variety of paperwork on a daily and weekly basis.


The ideal candidate will have 2 years of work experience in a similar position. This position requires an individual who is committed to superior customer service, and possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal). The ability to react to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines are required. In addition, excellent organization and time management skills, strong attention to detail, a demonstrated high level of initiative, the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others, and working knowledge of MS office software are required. Some accounts payable experience is ideal.
