Daily responsibilities include

•Accurate fulfillment of giftcertificates.ca orders

•Maintain clear and up to date data files in support of inventory counts

•Ensure that all product is correctly and safely secured

•Following giftcertificates.ca fulfillment and security procedures

•Support the groups’ success toward SLA targets for fulfillment standards and the set-up of new giftcertificates.ca customers

•Support TL with monthly inventory and product counts and provide account updates as requested by customer and internal parties

•Accountable for the activities related to order returns and exchanges

Qualifications
Education & other requirements

•College Diploma in business administration or a related field of study

•Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution

•1-2 years of administration experience

•Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel) and organizational skills

•Customer service experience with excellent communication and time management skills

•Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)

•Knowledge of the gc.ca internal systems is considered a strong Asset
