Daily responsibilities include

•Accurate fulfillment of orders

•Maintain clear and up to date data files in support of inventory counts

•Ensure that all product is correctly and safely secured

•Following fulfillment and security procedures

•Support the groups’ success toward SLA targets for fulfillment standards and the set-up of new customers

•Support TL with monthly inventory and product counts and provide account updates as requested by customer and internal parties

•Accountable for the activities related to order returns and exchanges

* Transit accessible- near BCIT
* $16.50 hourly
* 4 month position

Education & other requirements

•College Diploma in business administration or a related field of study

•Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution

•1-2 years of administration experience

•Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel) and organizational skills

•Customer service experience with excellent communication and time management skills

•Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)

•Knowledge of the internal systems is considered a strong Asset
