Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Administrative assistant for a 4-month contract in Burnaby.

Pay: 16.90/hour
Hours: Monday to Saturday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST, you would need to be available for shifts within those times

As an Administrative Assistant your job duties will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing, processing, filing credit documentation, loan files and financial transactions
- Update and maintain internal client databases
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information from the database
- Provide administrative support, tasks include filing, photocopying, printing, scanning, typing documents, and faxing
- Perform reception duties
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail
