Do you have previous administrative experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment? Do you want to work in the banking sector and are looking for a great foot in the door opportunity? Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 2 month contract in Calgary!

Pay: $17.34/Hr
Shifts: Monday- Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm

As an Administrative Assistant your main job responsibilities will include:
- Organize, open and sort through incoming mail
- Complete administrative tasks such as photocopying, data entry, reception duties
- Responsible for responding to the internal mailbox
- Make necessary payments on claims
- Ensure items are organized, sorted and logged for shipment to storage department

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong multi- tasking skills
- 2 years data entry skills
- 2 years MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

- 2 years experience in a filing clerk/ clerical/ admin role
- 2 years customer service experience
