Randstad has partnered with our client in the Logistics and Transportation Industry and are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our clients claims department.

Do you have high attention to detail? Do you work well in a fast paced environment? How about two plus years working as an Administrative Assistant?
If you said yes then we want to hear from you! This is an amazing opportunity to work with one of Canada's oldest logistics companies, a company that is committed to their employees and a company that consistently sets the bar in terms of industry service standards.

- Assisting the claims department with administrative duties;
- Communication via email with co-workers and clients;
- Researching and problem solving;
- Keep claims filled and organized; and
- Other duties as assigned.

- $16.00/hr
- 4% vacation pay on every check
- Monday through Friday day-time hours
- Paid weekly

- Experience in Administration and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be fluent in English
- High attention to detail and great organization skills
- Accurate and timely documenting of client/customer information
