Do you have executive administration experience? Are you proficient in Word and Excel? If so we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our globally recognized accounting firm in Downtown Toronto. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 3-6 months assignment (with the possibility for extension), be paid $22.10 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting Senior Management in general assistance and management to staff.
• Develop and manage schedules on a daily basis, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and book conference calls.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint to compile reports, letters, presentations, charts and graphs as required from both written and dictated sources.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department.
• Maintain departmental daily operational workflow. Sort and process incoming mail as appropriate.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years executive administration experience
• Extensive knowledge in Google Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Post-secondary education in related program and/or equivalent work experience required
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Confidence inability to work in a highly technical and ever-changing work environment.
