We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our banking client in Oakville with a 7 month contract.

Pay: $18.67/hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm or 9:00 am- 5:00 pm

- Fast paced, 20 people in the branch

As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
-Provide a high level of administrative support
- Conduct research, handle information requests and perform clerical functions.
- The Administrative Assistant is in charge of welcoming visitors and directing them
- Answer the telephone and provide information for any inquiries
- Receive and sends packages via couriers.
- Photocopying, scanning, faxing, binding books, and preparing mailers.
- Organize the boardroom schedule and equipment.
- Look up customer account information
- hand out reports to branch members

- Strong communication skills - has to be able to speak in a professional manner
- Good organizational skills and time management skills
- 2 + years' experience in an office environment
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Multitasking skills
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Prior banking experience (nice to have)

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: High school diploma required. College is an asset.
