Attention Administrative Assistants! We are currently seeking someone for a Maternity Leave coverage (1 Year) to assist with Administrative duties! You will be responsible for Data Entry, Electronic Filing and scanning items into the system and assisting with general office administration.

You will be a part of a small team supporting other departments. In this role you will not just be supporting one department. This is an all hands on deck environment and the who team works together to get things done- which makes it very interactive!

As the administrative assistant, you will be working with numbers on a daily basis and will be required to have a high level of attention to detail. This role will require you to be organized, professional and work well with a team.

- Scan files and organize them into specific folders electronically.
- Maintain the data in the system
- Invoice companies for the services that were purchased
- Answer some incoming calls
- Paying Freight Bills
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Assist other departments within the organization with Administrative work

- 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Maternity leave opportunity (one year)
- Annual Salary of $35,000 - $40,000

- Must be detail oriented and very organized to be successful in this role
- Ability to work well with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Clear Oral and Written communication
- Experience with electronic filing would be an asset
- Some understanding of an invoicing process
