One of our clients, who is a leader in HR Consultancy is looking to have an Administrative Assistant join their growing team in their Rewards Department to support 2 of the Managers with the busiest schedules in the whole company. They are looking for a true Administrator who thrives in complex calendar management, scheduling conflicts, meeting coordination, and presentation preparation in a fast pace environment.

Administrative Assistant's Responsibilities:
• administrative and clerical support for 2 high level senior managers
• managing complex calendars and dealing with constant calendar conflicts
• meeting coordination and meeting preparation
• assisting with presentation material creation and prep
• expense reporting
• minor travel arrangements
• client invoicing
• compiling information by researching sources, and interpreting data
• proactively following up on high priority tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• maintaining office supply and inventory levels
• maintaining filing systems and procedures
• dealing with high level inquiries to support a superior client experience
• maintaining database, while formatting and designing new formats to use for the department
• assist with special projects and social event planning

• Starting salary ranges from $50K to $55K annually

• 3 - 5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite with a high proficiency in Excel
• Experience managing complex calendars for high level professionals
• High attention to detail with a proactive nature
• Extremely organized and have strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates tact, professionalism, and strong judgment when liaising with high profile stakeholders
• Resourceful and a team player
• Strong client relation skills

• Previously worked in a HR and Benefits Consulting Organization
• Experience working in a Rewards Department in Insurance
