Our client, a multinational bank, is looking for an Operations Officer in Vancouver!


Hours: Monday- Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Pay: $20.00/ hour

As an Operations Officer your main job duties will include:
- Provide operational support to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management departments
- Enforce operational manuals, procedures and policies within the organization
- Manage escalations and identify potential issues for management
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years banking experience
- Knowledge of business operational management principles.
- Ability to accurately evaluate information and present recommendations based on facts.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of the banking and financial service industry including the customer segments, competitors, market and industry developments.
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds and multiple deadlines.
- Understands / speaks second language- French is an asset.
